Are there any newer studies on Consortia in the early 2000? Anyone?
ReplyDeleteI found some of the collaborations information among the Colleges in Canada. The ACCC- Association of Canadian Community Colleges which is partially funded by the federaral government to promote collaboration for its members. The purposes is to encouraged shared values and expertise through special committees. For example: the Canadian Health Care sub-committee under H.R. of Career Health.
